Winemaker Etienne Loew has blended Auxorrois and Pinot Blanc, this wine is harvested with botrytis which gives the wine a rich, floral character with just a hint of sweetness and splash of minerality. We love this wine with Charcuterie, Tete de Cochon (headcheese), Pickles and Cheese!

Soil Composition: Marl which is a Calcareous clay-based soil that adds acidity to the wine. Vines planted in this type of soil normally ripen later than other soil types. Marl soil is typically deep and lacking in stone fragments.
