Ricard V is a limited production, hand harvested wine of 100% Corvina. Late harvested and dried, in the tradition of Amarone, on racks. Fermented underground at a cool temperature and then aged in Slovenian Cask. This wine has an intense ruby-red color, ripe red fruit, spicy notes, and beautiful soft tannins.
